The LightVision laser projector accurately projects laser lines onto the surface of an object, forming a virtual template that allows operators and assemblers to quickly, accurately, and confidently locate components. Laser templates created through 3D CAD models enable the system to intuitively project laser contours of components, products, or any target area, forming a virtual 3D collaborative template that simplifies a range of assembly and production applications.

Laser projection technology provides a virtual template solution through CAD files, eliminating the need for physical templates and hard molds, and reducing the risk of human error. Advanced trajectory control

Accurate and reliable long-distance projection

The variable focus can be used for multiple distance projections ranging from 1.5 to 15.0 meters.

Reverse reflection calibration target

The use of photogrammetric targets (at least four) can achieve precise alignment of the projected image on the surface or object, thereby making the projected image consistent with the CAD model.

Multi projector array operation

For large assemblies or in narrow areas, multiple LightVision projectors can be controlled by a workstation to provide large virtual templates located in a coordinate system.
